We all like to get on the road and drive. Some of us take pictures to record the good times.
These photos were submitted by Curt Hamilton.
The first was taken on the Chebohala Skyway, "a 43-mile National Scenic Byway and National Forest Scenic Byway that connects Tellico Plaines, Tennessee to Robbinsville, North Carolina" according to Google.
This was taken on U.S. 50, The Loneliest Road in America, in the middle of the Nevada desert.
I interpreted this sign to say "Porsches This Way" on the Million Dollar Highway near Silverton, Colorado.
Best drive ever.
The next one is a photo of a nice fella who decided to say hello at the Ely, Nevada Shoshone Reservation. He admired the car, then wrote me up for going 52 in a 35. I told him I was still in second gear.
The final one is a photo I took at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. Incredibly and remarkably quiet area.
The flats are 12 miles long and 5 miles wide, and there is just emptiness.
