West Baden Springs (Again)

The drive to West Baden Springs is so much fun, Mark added this second trip of the year to our late summer schedule.

Saturday, August 26, was a beautiful day for one of our favorite drives.

15 cars formed up at the Newbugh Lock and Dam. Two more cars from Jasper that joined the group along the way.

The route was a little different than normal, thanks to highway department projects, but the drive was still interesting and fun. For the sake of variety, obstacles included someone towing a horse trailer.

Regardless, it was a fine day for a drive through the Indiana countryside.

The staff at Sinclaires moved tables together to accommodate approximately 30 of us.

As always, we enjoyed the good food and fine dining atmosphere. West Baden Springs continues to be a great destination.
